Eastern Creek Free Flow

A private investor has purchased a 9,581m² industrial property in Sydney's Eastern Creek for $12.3 million. The freestanding warehouse at 1 Wonderland Drive, which overlooks the M7 Motorway, was sold with vacant possession, but the buyer expects a rental return of about $120/m². Duarte Figueira of Raine & Horne Commercial brokered the deal.
